NON-CONFORMANCE DOES NOT MEAN IT’S WRONG

What is a non-conformance? Strange as it may seem this is a popular question. If something does not conform it does not mean it is wrong. What we need to considered is what should it be conforming to? Procedures? Well procedures can easily be wrong or out of date. Defining a non-conformance is not always straight forward. It can be a chicken/ egg situation.
