PPM News - January 2023

January 2023 January has been a busy month particularly for the fabrication of bespoke water quality monitoring systems. We completed another turbidity panel with a sample break tank pre-mounted onto a PVC back panel for a water production site in Essex. Additionally, we started fabrication of five final effluent turbidity monitoring kiosks intended for installation at various sites in the north east of England. A repeat purchase order has also been received for a large walk-in analyser kiosk to be fabrication for another British Sugar site. The instrumentation will provide continuous analytical measurement of ortho-phosphate, TOC, Ammonia and Nitrate. Sample preparation, automatic air and acid cleaning, heating, lighting, sample distribution and pre-wiring will also be integrated into the wet and dry sections of the analyser kiosk. Internationally, Atlas our Taiwanese distributor, placed orders for two Proam ammonia monitors. One of the projects is for the CPC Corporation, a state-owned petroleum, natural gas and gasoline company requiring configuration over the range 0-100 PPM. A second instrument will be ranged 0-500 PPM and provided to a turnkey contractor, installing a complete treatment project for a Community Waste-water Management System (CWMS).
