With this continuing success and growth we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist.
Reporting to the Service Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Organising and providing a high level of technical support in conjunction with the service management system.
Responding to and recording all incoming technical calls and emails.
Maintain up to date customer records.
Informing line manager of all serious complaints and escalations.
You must have a proven track record in a technical support role and/or fault finding on mechanical systems.
Your key attributes will include:
Fault Diagnosis
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Self motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong telephone manner and Microsoft Office skills.
